    My wife, Sherry, had just lost her mother and we were unable to maintain the home that was left to her so we decided to sell it.  She contacted her brother, an attorney familiar with this area, for advice on area realtors.  He put us on to Al and Peggy Cromer to help us get the house on the market.  As we started the house clean up process, Sherry tripped on a rug and broke her leg.  I was left with the task of cleaning out the house and caring for my wife.
    After a month, I came to the realization that there was too much work to do and I was still in the process of trying to clear the house.  And as time went by the mortgage payments on the property still had to be made. 
    The Cromers stepped in and offered their help.  They made arrangements to re-carpet the house where needed, repaint the walls, clean windows, remove and update the dated fixtures and do some of the mini repairs needed. 
    We finally got the house ready for market and during their first open house they received an offer which we accepted. 
    Al and Peggy Cromer were "there" for us every step of the way!  And we truly Thank Them!

Knowing of the excellent reputation Al and Peggy have in the real estate community, there was no doubt in our minds who we'd choose to represent us when it came time to sell our house.  We moved out of state and needed a real estate professional we could trust to handle everything on our behalf since we could not be present.  Al and Peggy handled everything perfectly and went above and beyond our expectations!  They were on top of everything from the time  they first stepped foot into the front door.  Since our house had been rented out for a few years, we needed to have painting done, carpet replaced, and some repairs made before listing.  They had a proessional pick the colors and they watched out for our tight budget while arranging for the work to be done.  They took great care of our home from beginning to end.  We couldn't have been happier with Al and Peggy throughout the whole process from preparing listing, advertising, negotiating, and closing!  There's no one we'd recommend more to take care of your real estate needs!
